Tata Motors is all set to launch its latest electric SUV — the Tata Harrier EV — today, June 3. The official unveiling will take place at 2 PM, and fans can watch the event live on Tata Motors’ official YouTube channel.
The Harrier EV is expected to be Tata’s most premium electric vehicle so far. It’s being positioned as a strong rival to models like the Mahindra XUV.e9 and the BYD Atto 3. While the concept version was first showcased at Auto Expo 2023, today’s launch will finally reveal the production-ready model.

What to Expect from the Tata Harrier EV
Based on all the details revealed so far, the Harrier EV will be built on Tata’s Gen 2 acti.ev architecture. It’s likely to come equipped with a 60–70 kWh battery pack, offering a real-world range of around 500–600 km on a full charge.
A dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup is expected, which should make it equally capable for both city driving and off-roading. In fact, Tata recently teased the EV tackling tough terrains like Elephant Rock, hinting at its powerful performance and impressive range.

According to reports, the Harrier EV is likely to be priced between ₹25 lakh and ₹30 lakh (ex-showroom). This will make it Tata’s most expensive electric vehicle to date.
