TECNO has completely declassified the previously announced Pova 7 Ultra 5G smartphone with an original design of the camera block. In addition to the unusual design, the new product will be able to boast several more interesting characteristics – for example, a capacious battery, an “esports” display and stereo sound.
The gadget is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate processor and is equipped with the proprietary Hyper Cooling System, the design of which includes an evaporation chamber with a heat sink area of 5300 mm². According to the manufacturer, this solution makes the chip on average 3 °C cooler when operating under load compared to traditional systems.
The face of the gadget is a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh with support for 70-watt classic, 30-watt wireless and 10-watt reverse charging is responsible for autonomy. The device’s camera block is surrounded by a luminous strip. It is used as an indicator of notifications and incoming calls, but also supports a “gaming” mode.
Among other features of the new product, TECNO highlights stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and HiOS 15 firmware (Pova Special Edition) with customizable fonts, Ella voice assistant and many AI functions for photo editing and working with text.
The start of sales of the new product is scheduled for June 2025, the price has not yet been announced.
