ASUS Unveils ROG Strix GS-BE18000 Gaming Router with Distinctive Design

At Computex 2025, ASUS unveiled the ROG Strix GS-BE18000 gaming router with Wi-Fi 7 support. In addition to its uniquely shaped case with customizable RGB lighting, the new product is notable for its high throughput and support for several functions useful for gamers.

The declared total throughput of the ASUS ROG Strix GS-BE18000 across all supported bands is up to 18,000 Mbps. Among the key characteristics of the model, the manufacturer highlights support for a bandwidth of 320 MHz, 4K-QAM modulation, and MLO technology for simultaneous data transmission over different channels.

The router is equipped with eight internal antennas (coverage area up to 300 m²). The device’s performance is provided by a quad-core processor, supplemented by 2 GB of DDR4 RAM and 256 MB of flash memory, which, according to the brand, allows the new product to cope with high network loads.

The router’s body has eight Ethernet ports (1 WAN + 7 LAN, all 2.5 Gbps), as well as a USB 3.2 Gen 1 connector for connecting a mobile modem or storage device. ASUS AiMesh technology allows you to integrate the router into a larger mesh Wi-Fi network. You can control network parameters through a proprietary application, which includes tools such as Adaptive QoS, a traffic analyzer, and parental controls.
