The upcoming Redmi Pad 2 has been revealed in a hands-on unboxing video posted by Brazilian YouTube channel TukEmperial, ahead of the device’s official announcement. The video showcases the tablet’s design and confirms its key specifications.
According to the source, the Redmi Pad 2 features an 11-inch IPS display with a 2.5K resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra processor, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.
Other notable features include a quad-speaker system with Dolby Atmos, a 9000 mAh battery, an 8 MP rear camera, and a 5 MP front-facing camera. The device runs on Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface.
The retail package includes a USB Type-C cable, an 18W charger, and a SIM card tray tool. The video’s creator estimates the retail price to be around $240, though an official release date has not yet been confirmed.
