Acer Unveils Affordable Iconia Tab V12 and V11 Tablets with 90Hz Displays

At Computex 2025, Acer introduced two new budget-friendly Android tablets — the Iconia Tab V12 and Iconia Tab V11 — offering high-refresh-rate displays, stereo speakers, and expandable storage at an affordable price point.

Both tablets share the same internal specifications but differ in display size. The Iconia Tab V12 features an 11.97-inch screen, while the Tab V11 comes with a slightly smaller 10.92-inch display. Both use IPS panels with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 2K resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals for everyday use.

Powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor and running Android 15, the tablets offer up to 8 GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 256 GB of eMMC internal storage, expandable via microSD cards up to 1 TB. An 8,000 mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of usage, with USB Type-C fast charging support included.

Cameras, Audio, and Connectivity

The Iconia Tab V12 and V11 are equipped with a 5 MP front-facing camera, ideal for video calls, and an 8 MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. Stereo speakers enhance the media experience, while connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and in the case of the Iconia Tab V11, an optional model with 4G LTE support.

Build and Availability

Both tablets feature a sleek aluminum alloy body measuring just 7.9 mm thick. The Iconia Tab V12 weighs 595 grams, while the Tab V11 is lighter at 500 grams. Each device comes with a magnetic stand case included in the box.

The Iconia Tab V12 will be available in the EMEA region starting in July, priced from €289, while the more compact Iconia Tab V11 will launch in August, starting at €229.
