Acer’s subsidiary, Acer Gadget, has unveiled two new products: the smart titanium FreeSense Ring and the TWS AI TransBuds headphones designed for real-time speech translation from 15 languages. The manufacturer showcased the design of these gadgets and revealed their key features.
The FreeSense Ring, a smart ring crafted from titanium alloy, offers the basic functions of fitness trackers. It monitors heart rate, sleep quality, and blood oxygen levels. The gadget boasts IP68 water and dust protection and is available in glossy black and matte rose gold finishes.
The AI TransBuds TWS earphones provide real-time speech translation from 15 languages spoken across Asia, North and South America, and Europe. This feature requires a connection to a smartphone to function. Additionally, the earbuds can create a text transcript of conversations for later review in a mobile application. Each earbud contains a 50 mAh battery, while the charging case has a 400 mAh battery and a Type-C port for charging.
Pricing and release dates for these new products have not yet been announced.
