Almost immediately after the release of the mobile NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050, ASUS presented the Intrepid Pro16 Core Edition laptop, equipped with a new video card. Another feature of the new product was the impressive maximum amount of RAM.
The laptop is equipped with a 16-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The hardware platform is based on an eight-core Intel Core 5 210H processor, 16 GB of DDR5-5200 RAM (upgradeable to 64 GB) and a 1 TB SSD with an M.2 connector (PCIe 4.0). The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 (8 GB) video card is responsible for the graphics capabilities. The cooling system of the new product includes two fans.
The list of features is completed by a network card with Wi-Fi 6E support, two USB Type-A ports, one Type-C, HDMI 2.1 and a 3.5 mm headphone jack, as well as a backlit keyboard, a 7.1-inch touchpad and a webcam with a shutter.
The laptop is already on sale in China for $836, but there is no information yet about its availability in other countries.
