ASUS has started selling a limited edition NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card called the ROG Astral RTX 5090 Dhahab Edition, which comes in a gold-plated case. The manufacturer explained how it differs from the standard version of the graphics card and showed what it looks like.
According to the specifications, the body of the graphics card is covered with 6.5 grams of 999-carat gold. The backplate features a pattern with the outlines of skyscrapers and camels, while the front has an ornament reminiscent of Arabic script. The cooling system design includes four fans.
Otherwise, the model is no different from the standard production version, except for the price. It will cost buyers in the UAE $10,600, while the RRP of the standard model is “only” $1,999.
