LocalThunk shared the news on the social network X – he recently knocked out the latest achievement Balatro, which only 0.1% of players have. According to the author, he is now ready to create an update:

Completed Balatro 100%. It was fun to get the Competionist++ achievement. Often played a couple of sessions before bed, the game has become part of my daily routine. I think I am now fully armed to create a 1.1 patch. Will do it again when new content comes out!

Unfortunately, the release date of the patch has not been disclosed yet, nor has its contents. The current version of Balatro is 1.0.1.
