From the Other Side: A Pre-Release Build of Concord Leaked Online

Last summer, the industry witnessed the death of Concord, a multiplayer shooter from Firewalk Studios. But while the action game is technically dead (and took the entire studio with it), it somehow refuses to disappear from the news cycle.

A pre-release build of the failed FPS has recently leaked online. According to the VGC portal , the build, designated as FWChaos, is dated November 14, 2023. Anyone curious can download and run it, but, alas, there is not much to do in it – it does not allow you to go beyond the authorization window and various menus. Folk craftsmen, however, are already thinking about an unofficial resurrection of the title, since the prototype has settings for matchmaking between developers.

Recall that Concord is a failed Sony game service. It premiered on August 24, 2024, but due to a lack of excitement, the shooter’s servers were shut down on September 6, just two weeks after their launch. In October, the publisher disbanded Firewalk Studios, which was responsible for the failure.
