A new insider report dedicated to the Google Pixel 10 smartphone includes almost complete hardware specifications of the upcoming new product. Judging by the fresh selection of data, the device will be better than its predecessor in most key indicators.
According to Android Headlines, citing industry sources, the Pixel 10, like its predecessor, will receive a 6.3-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and protective glass Gorilla Glass Victus 2. At the same time, the maximum backlight brightness will increase from 1800 to 2000 cd/m², and the peak in HDR mode – from 2700 to 3000 cd/m².
The gadget’s performance will be provided by the Tensor G5 SoC, manufactured using TSMC’s 3-nm process technology. The RAM capacity will be 12 GB, the storage capacity will be up to 512 GB, the battery capacity will be 4970 mAh with support for 29 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging (Qi2).
The rear camera unit will also be updated. It will include a main 48-megapixel module, an ultra-wide-angle module with a 12-megapixel sensor, and a 10.8-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens (5x optical zoom). It is already known that the premiere of the Google Pixel 10 line will take place on August 28, but the source did not disclose the price of the smartphone.
