Hisense has launched global sales of the PT1 laser projector, which is positioned as a solution for organizing a home theater. The new product supports current standards and image enhancement technologies, and is also equipped with a built-in audio system with a surround sound function.
Hisense PT1 is equipped with ultra-short throw optics and a laser light source with automatic brightness adjustment up to a maximum of 2500 lm (ANSI). The color gamut is 110% BT.2020, and the static contrast is 3000:1. In addition, the projector supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, ALLM for gaming and MEMC for smoother video, and is IMAX Enhanced certified.
The device runs Vidaa OS with AI picture adjustments and the ability to install apps. The sound system includes two 15-watt upward-facing speakers and a pair of 8-watt forward-facing speakers.
The projector’s interface set includes two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort, as well as USB-A and Ethernet. The new product is already on sale in Europe at a price of €2,499.
