Sales of the Android tablet, Honor Pad X9a, have commenced in the Russian market. The device stands out for its flicker-free display, robust sound system, and a sizable battery with fast-charging support.
The new tablet features an 11.5-inch FullView display with a 2.5K resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a suite of eye-protection features. These include dynamic brightness with micro-adjustment of backlight intensity, a blue light filter, and flicker-reduction technology.
The tablet is available in configurations with either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM, and storage capacities of 128 GB or 256 GB. Its autonomy is provided by an 8300 mAh battery, supported by 35-watt fast charging. The device’s acoustic system comprises four speakers with support for Honor Histen sound optimization technology.
The MagicOS 9.0 firmware interface efficiently utilizes the entire screen area and facilitates productive work through quick access to frequently used and recent applications. The Honor Share ecosystem function enables rapid file transfers between devices, while “Multi-screen” allows users to interact with the interface of Honor smartphones directly on the tablet’s larger display.
Users also gain access to intelligent features for work and study-related tasks, including an AI assistant mode in Notes with voice-to-text conversion and handwriting recognition.
The Honor Pad X9a is sold in Russia in a gray finish, with a recommended price of 26,990 rubles for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage configuration. The 8GB RAM/256GB storage version is priced at 28,990 rubles. From May 20 to June 9, customers at select retail chains can avail a special offer, receiving a 7,000 ruble discount and a choice of a gift: either Honor CHOICE Earbuds S7 headphones or an Honor CHOICE Pencil stylus.
