Infinix has released the Xpad GT, a budget-friendly gaming tablet. The device features a fast and bright display, a Snapdragon processor, and a large 10,000 mAh battery.
The screen is a 13-inch panel with a resolution of 2880×1840 pixels, a 144 Hz refresh rate, a maximum brightness of 700 nits, and support for the HDR10 format with 10-bit color depth. The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 888 chip, which was released in late 2021 and served as the foundation for many flagship smartphones of that era.
The SoC is paired with 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, and Adreno 660 graphics. According to the manufacturer, this configuration allows for achieving 144 fps in Standoff 2, 120 fps in Honor of Kings, and 90 fps in PUBG. A cooling system with a vapor chamber is included to maintain stable performance, and a 10,000 mAh battery provides power (33W fast charging is supported). The new tablet also boasts a metal unibody design with a slim 6.5 mm thickness.
The Infinix Xpad GT is equipped with a 13-megapixel main camera, a 9-megapixel front-facing camera, and eight built-in speakers for immersive surround sound. It also supports a stylus and an external keyboard. While there is no audio jack, the package includes a USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter, as well as a protective eco-leather case.
The Infinix Xpad GT is currently available for pre-order at a price of $400.
