Lenovo has introduced the inexpensive Aurora GK10 mechanical keyboard, which offers several features found in more expensive models. The standout features of this new product are quick-release switches, customizable RGB backlighting, and a wireless version.
The 98-key model is available with red, blue, or brown switches, and comes in both standard and wireless versions (via Bluetooth or cable, with a 4000 mAh battery). All versions feature customizable RGB backlighting with 20 dynamic effects and synchronization with other Lenovo peripherals through the Aurora utility.
The hot-swappable switches are rated for up to 50 million clicks. The keycaps are made of ABS plastic using a double-shot molding process. Another feature of the model is non-slip feet with four adjustable tilt angles.
The wireless version of the Lenovo Aurora GK10 is priced at $25 in China, while the wired version is available for $19.
