Missing. Little Nightmares III Finally Gets a Release Date [VIDEO]

Game development rarely goes according to plan — sometimes even small projects run into trouble and disappear from the horizon. For example, Little Nightmares III, announced back in 2023, has seemingly been missing since last fall. Good news: Bandai Namco’s prodigal child has been found.

As part of the Little Nightmares Showcase Event, Supermassive Games, responsible for the title, released a new trailer for the game, showed a fresh gameplay video, and also announced the release date. So, the unusual horror will reach stores on October 10, 2025.

Let us remind you that Little Nightmares III will tell about the adventures of two children – Little and One. Together they will explore the bizarre and very scary world of Nowhere, where many dangers await them.

The publisher has also opened pre-orders. As a reward for purchasing the game on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Switch and Switch 2, gamers will receive Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition. Owners of the original version of the horror, however, should not worry: they will get the remaster absolutely free, so they can put off buying the third one for a long time.

In addition to Little Nightmares III, during the presentation, Supermassive Games showed a teaser for Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes, a spin-off for virtual reality headsets. Unfortunately, nothing much is known about the project.
