The Redmi brand has introduced a refreshed version of its Redmi Book 14 laptop, now featuring AMD Ryzen processors. This updated model is available in two configurations, each powered by a different Ryzen chip.
The laptop sports a 14-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels (Full HD+), a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz, and complete coverage of the sRGB color spectrum, ensuring accurate color reproduction. Depending on the specific configuration, the laptop is powered by either the AMD Ryzen 5 7535H or the more powerful AMD Ryzen 7 7735H processor. Both models come equipped with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB solid-state drive (SSD) for storage.
Powering the laptop is a 56 Wh battery, which supports rapid 68-watt fast charging, minimizing downtime. In terms of connectivity, the Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition offers a comprehensive set of ports, including two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, a legacy USB 2.0 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.1 port capable of 4K output at 60 Hz, and a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. For wireless connectivity, it features a Wi-Fi 6 module.
The Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition 2025 with the AMD Ryzen 5 7535H processor is priced at $458 in China. The higher-end configuration, featuring the AMD Ryzen 7 7735H chip, is available for $513.
