The latest Redmi novelty is the G24 240 Hz Edition gaming monitor, aimed at budget-conscious fans of dynamic games. The new product is presented in the budget price segment, but offers a set of characteristics at the level of more expensive “esports” models.
The monitor is equipped with a 23.8-inch Fast IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz and a response time of 1 ms (MPRT). The maximum backlight brightness is 400 nits (there is HDR support), and the static contrast ratio is 4000:1.
The matrix with 8-bit color depth is factory calibrated. The declared color accuracy is Delta E < 2 (coverage of 100% sRGB and 94% DCI-P3). Among other features of the model, the manufacturer highlights support for AdaptiveSync technology to prevent frame tearing, as well as a blue light filter and no flickering.
The Redmi G24 240 Hz Edition interface set includes HDMI and DisplayPort 1.4 ports, as well as a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The included stand allows you to adjust the screen tilt in the range from -5 ° to + 15 °. The price of the new product in China is 699 yuan (about $ 97), there is no information yet on the availability of the monitor in other countries.
