Chinese brand Solos has released two new models of smart glasses — AirGo A5 and AirGo V2. They look almost indistinguishable from regular ones, but they have AI assistant functions, and the V2 model can broadcast video using a built-in camera.
The 16-megapixel Solos AirGo V2 camera with electronic image stabilization can work live when connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi. In addition, the gadget supports the functions of DeepSeek, Claude and Gemini neural networks: a built-in microphone allows you to communicate with AI without taking your smartphone out of your pocket. To activate this mode, use the phrase Hey Solos.
Solos AirGo A5 supports the same AI functions, but is not equipped with a camera. Like the older model, the gadget is equipped with speakers with directional sound, so people standing nearby will not hear the neural network’s responses. Both new products also received removable batteries, adjustable nose pads and frames that are easy to replace. Solos has already opened access to the platform to third-party developers, so the functionality of the devices may improve in the future.
Pre-orders for the AirGo A5 start in August at $249. The V2 will be available in Q4 2025 for $299.
